Chief Financial Officer The CFO will be a strategic partner to the Board and the CEOs of each regional platform and a key executive of the Company. Reporting to the Board, the CFO is primarily responsible for owning the financial operations of the Company, directing capital structure decision-making, and being a face of the organization with investors and lenders.
Chief Operating Officer The COO will be responsible for leading the Company’s operations and overseeing future expansion into the Oklahoma City market and other incremental, purposefully selected geographies. The COO will also oversee operations in incremental geographies as the Company acquires market-dominant positions and expands its presence with de novo site builds and add-on acquisitions.
Human Resources Generalist The Generalist, Human Resources is responsible for various duties within the company’s human resources department. This person will support the head of human resources on all employee programs including compensation, benefits, recruiting and new hires, training and development, and performance management.
