COVID-19 Resource Center

Access Holdings main priority is to make sure all employees, customers and those in our network are safe, healthy and informed.
We hope these community tools and resources can be helpful to others.
In these unprecedented times we are faced with major work place disruption and change - managing a remote work force while maintaining engagement, morale and community connectivity are one of many new challenges for business leaders.

We’ve assembled and will continue to add tools and suggestions to help our portfolio companies and Access Community maintain connectivity.

Situations like these require us to explore opportunities to strengthen corporate culture, forge durable authentic relationships with employees and manage the impact of uncertainty with clients, vendors and partners.

It is of utmost importance that we manage with intensity and ensure we stay true to our business principles with honesty and integrity.

We need to be attentive, hypersensitive, and constantly evaluating, re-evaluating and acting.
